drawing, installation, photography, painting, prints and sculpture. Money
raised from sales of artworks will go to help The National Brain
Appeal. The title of the exhibition comes from the name of an Elvis
Presley song that was number one 50 years ago.

show includes work by 16 esteemed artists; Magda Archer, Gordon
Beswick, Sasha Bowles, Nick Cave, Billy Childish,
Matthew Collings, Alice Herrick, Corin Johnson, James Johnston,
Francis Macdonald, Kate Murdoch, Carson Parkin-Fairley, Harry Pye, Elena-Andreea
Teleaga, Twinkle Troughton and Tracey Williams.
Harry Pye: “When I find myself
in times of trouble and need help to cope I turn to art and artists. For me,
each of the artists in this show is a reason to be cheerful there is something
about the way their minds work and/or the intention behind the work they do
that I am in love with. My hope is that this exhibition of art that will make
you want to make art yourself, give you food for thought, and feel more
positive about life.”
The show will be open to the
public 27 – 30 July between 12-6pm. Free Entry.
